Join us at the September SCRA Community Meeting this THURSDAY evening, September 11 for a special presentation by Gary Rose on the effort to have the City officially designate Ventura Boulevard east of Laurel Canyon as "Sushi Row."

Rose, a long-time Studio City resident, is a writer, director, producer and photographer with an award-winning career in media and advertising. More than a year ago, he began a book project exploring sushi's history, creativity and impact on our community.

In addition to Rose's presentation, LAPD Senior Lead Officer Shawn Smith will be with us to provide an updated police report, unless he's called out on an emergency.
